Key inclusion & exclusion criteria

Inclusion Criteria:

- Intensive care patients

- Need of mechanical ventilation and sedation

Exclusion Criteria:

- contraindication to propofol or oxycodone

- hypoxic or traumatic brain injury

- intracranial hemorrhage

- status epilepticus

- drug overdose as admission diagnosis
