Key inclusion & exclusion criteria

Inclusion Criteria:

- Attending HIV care clinic for regular follow up visit

- < 14 years old

- Diagnosed HIV prior to age 10

- caregiver gives consent

Exclusion Criteria:

- unable to cooperate with echocardiogram
