Inclusion Criteria:

- Dilated Cardiomyopathy

- ICD Indication

- age = 18 years

- signed informed consent

Exclusion Criteria:

- severe claustrophobia

- rest dyspnea

- tachycardia or severe arrhythmia

- intolerance to gadolinium-based contrast agent

Age maximum: 75 Years
