Key inclusion & exclusion criteria

Inclusion Criteria:

- Nulliparous singleton pregnancy

- no previous systemic illnesses

Exclusion Criteria:

- abnormal Pap smear

- previous cesarean section

- history of dilatation and curettage (D&C)

- history of LEEP and cervical conization

Age maximum: 40 Years
