Inclusion Criteria:

- Microtia Tanzer II-A

- patients aged 8-12 years

- Haemoglobin > 10 gr/dL

- History of first stage of auricular reconstruction

Exclusion Criteria:

- associated endocrinopathies

- desnutrition (<2.5 gr/ dL)
