Key inclusion & exclusion criteria

Inclusion Criteria:

- End stage renal disease patients on regular hemodialysis.

Exclusion Criteria:

- Patient known have ischemic heart disease (coronary artery disease),

- Pregnant women,

- Patient who have impaired liver function or hepatitis VIRUS positive,

- Patient who HIV positive and patient currently use of GUM Arabic.



Age minimum: 18 Years
Age maximum: 80 Years

Change from baseline Oxidative stress marker malondialdehyde [Time Frame: Baseline and after 12 weeks]

Glomerular Filtration Rate (GFR) [Time Frame: Baseline and every four weeks for 12 weeks]
