Inclusion Criteria:

- Invasive Mechanical Ventilation with endotracheal tube.

- 18 years and older.

- Successful 30 minutes spontaneous breathing trial (SBT).

- Extubation Criteria.

- Informed consent.

Exclusion Criteria:

- Previous airway surgery or injury.

- Non-Invasive Ventilation as weaning method.
