Inclusion Criteria:

- Inborn baby (=born in the hospital)

- Expected = 34-week gestation

- Expected birth weight = 2000 g

- Need for PPV at birth

- Parental consent

Exclusion Criteria:

- Major malformations (incompatible with sustained life or affecting the airways)
