Inclusion Criteria:

- Chronic insomnia Chronic benign pain No or stable pharmacological treatment for
insomnia and or pain

Exclusion Criteria:

- Participation in pain management programme Pregnancy Shift work Untreated medical or
psychiatric disease or disorder that could be negatively affected by insomnia
treatment
