Key inclusion & exclusion criteria

Inclusion Criteria:

- Must be a registered VHT working in the study areas in Uganda;

- Must express a commitment to aim to complete the duration of the study;

- Willingness to be randomised to the control or intervention group.

- Unregistered VHTs
