Inclusion Criteria:

- T score at least 1,5 (ideal 2,-2,5)

- Stable bone turn over (lab.analyses.)

Exclusion Criteria:

- fracture,pace maker, malignancy and gastrointestinal problems

- chronic corticosteroid therapy

- spinal surgery in previous year
