Inclusion Criteria:

- adults with ST elevation Myocardial Infarction (<12h) diagnostic confirmed;

- included in the Romanian National Programme of Primary Percutaneous Revascularisation
(for who the Guidelines recommend primary PCI);

Exclusion Criteria:

- patients who do not sign informed consent for primary PCI
