Key inclusion & exclusion criteria

Inclusion Criteria:

1. Mechanically ventilated patient in a participating ICU or ED.

2. Arterial blood gas ordered and obtained for clinical reasons.

Exclusion Criteria:

1. Age < 18 years

2. Pregnancy

3. Prisoners
