- Patient presented with the complaint of right lower abdominal pain

- Suspected acute appendicitis

Exclusion Criteria:

- Flank pain

- Previous appendectomy

- Pregnancy

- Unstable vital signs

- Frank peritonitis

- US performed before EP's examination

Age minimum: 18 Years
