Key inclusion & exclusion criteria

Inclusion Criteria:

- Essential hypertension grade 1 - 2 with or without medical treatment:

resting systolic blood pressure (SBP) = 140 mmHg or diastolic blood pressure (DBP) = 90
mmHg

Exclusion Criteria:

- Smoking;

- Bone, joint, or muscle problems that could limit the performance of the exercises.

- BMI = 30 kg/m2

- Heart Attack in the last year
