Key inclusion & exclusion criteria

Inclusion Criteria:

1. Child must be between 3 and 6 years of age (children age 7 may be accepted under
special circumstances)

2. Mother must be able to read and write in Arabic (although skills may not be
well-developed)

3. Mothers must commit to participate in the 25-week MOCEP Intervention program
