Inclusion Criteria:

- The patients undergoing laparascopic cholecystectomy

Exclusion Criteria:

- Story of allergy to bupivacaine and dexmedetomidine

- The surgery preceeded to laparatomy

- Recent abdominal operation history

Age maximum: 65 Years
