- Registered General Practitioners in 2014, by the Barbados Medical Council, including
those just recently completing supervised internship in June 2014.

Exclusion Criteria:

- Practitioners not registered with the Barbados Medical Council in 2014

The total number of educational points addressed for the safe and effective use of insulin (of the possible 21 identified). [Time Frame: 5 months]

The number of educational points addressed under each of the four themes of insulin side effects, hypoglycemia, drawing up and administering insulin. [Time Frame: 5 months]
