Exclusion Criteria:

- Upper respiratory tract infection such as nasal congestion, runny nose, coughing,
wheezing, nosebleeds, fever and other symptoms.



Age minimum: 20 Years
Age maximum: 65 Years

Behavioral: Alternative nostril breathing

Improve sleep quality. [Time Frame: Change from baseline in sleep quality at 3 months.]

Enhance human immunity [Time Frame: Change from baseline in human immunity at 3 months.]
