Inclusion Criteria:

- aged over 60 years

- community people

- ability to walk alone

- non-sedentary

Exclusion Criteria:

- non-realization of any cognitive or functional assessment

- presence of Parkinson's Disease, Dementia and Stroke with motor sequel

- frequency to trainings below 70%
