Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria:Lack of mental disability and verbal listening ability;Having at least six months of dialysis; Two or three times a week dialysis; Other chronic diseases other than illnesses; Dialysis; The patient or Family from The members of The health-care team are not health care;They have not seen their care recently or at the same time as implementing a formal education plan.
Exclusion criteria: The occurrence or progression of the disease at the same time during the intervention; Patient and Family absences for more than one session

Intervention(s)
In the intervention group, Based on the steps of the Family-centered empowerment model, 30-45 minutes training sessions were conducted by the researcher in 4 sessions for 1 month. To assess The quality of life and self-care questionnaires during the three stages before intervention, One month after the intervention and Two months after the intervention was completed
Intervention 1: In the intervention group, Based on the steps of the Family-centered empowerment model, 30-45 minutes training sessions were conducted by the researcher in 4 sessions for 1 month. To assess The quality of life and self-care questionnaires during the three stages before intervention, One month after the intervention and Two months after the intervention was completed. Intervention 2: In order to intervene, no training classes were conducted for the control group. In order to evaluate the quality of life and self-care questionnaires, completed three months before the intervention, one month after the intervention, two months after the intervention.

Selfcare. Timepoint: Before intervention-one month after intervention-two months after intervention. Method of measurement: Rooyani self-care questionnaire.
Parameters labratory. Timepoint: Before intervention-one month after intervention-two months after intervention. Method of measurement: Meq.patient file.
Quality of life in Dialysis patients. Timepoint: Before intervention-one month after intervention-two months after intervention. Method of measurement: 55/5000 Quality of life questionnaire for KDQOL-SFTM Dialysis patients.
