Key inclusion & exclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: at least 3 months experience of developing chronic renal failure by hemodialysis; have a neurological condition normal cardiovascular; skeletal and muscular disorders; debilitating lack of physical activity; lack of scars and redness in limbs; insensitivity to heat and cold;
Exclusion criteria: patients with catabolic processes such as cancer; diabetic neuropathy; non-observant; use of painkillers and psychiatric drugs; alcohol abuse; neuromuscular disorders and arthritis; inflammatory diseases and poor perfusion; having hand disabilities

Intervention(s)
After starting the hemodialysis, the patient's test group, who was dialyzed for 240 minutes, Pressed The Rubber Ring at Different Times. At 10-20 Minutes, 70-80 Minutes, Minutes 120-130 Minutes, 190-200 Minutes, Started Dialysis from the Beginning of the Rubber Ring. In Total, Each Patient Was Engaged in Ringing for 40 Minutes During 2 hours.
Patients in The Control Group Underwent Hemodialysis for 2 hours after Initiation of Dialysis With Usual Care.
