Key inclusion & exclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: -Inclusion criteria: the willingness of staff to attend educational sessions; no history of participate in classes about emerging diseases (Ebola, Crimean-Congo, H1N1); having direct contact with the patient for medical care
-Exclusion criteria: lack of willingness to cooperate, the absence from training class for more than one session, taking the score at the highest level in the questionnaire will be filled in pre-test time.

For intervention group, teaching methods based on evidence-based systematic reviews

For control group no intervene would be done, educational packages will be given to the control group after training
