Key inclusion & exclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The criterion to be included in this study are as follows:
1. War-Veterans suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder were considered.
2. War- Veterans soldiers suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder that either they or their relatives could access to telecommunication technology such as IMO were included
3. Clientele were outpatients.
4. They should reside in Eastern Azerbaijan.
criterion to be excluded:
1. They do not need hospitalization.
2. They weren’t living in Eastern Azerbaijan.

Exclusion criteria:

Age maximum: no limit
Gender: Male

Intervention(s)
Group 1 is as appointment method, and count of follow up session is six
Intervention 1: Group 1 is as appointment method, and count of follow up session is six. Intervention 2: Group 2 is telecommunication method, and count of session is six.

Primary Outcome(s)
Follow-up the PTSD(post-traumatic stress disorder) ills veterance treatment. Timepoint: It was evaluated by telecommunication technology and appointment method in during of 10 session. Method of measurement: Using quesionaire that distrubuted among of two sample.
