Key inclusion & exclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria: famininity;not having a vision problem that prevents the selection of the correct position on the measure of anxiety; lack of using sedative drugs night before surgery; lack of known mental illness, ; lack of similar massage therapy courses; lack of hands and feet problrms, ; persian language understanding Exclusion Criteria:lesion or rash on the hands or feet; severe hearing loss; dissatisfaction to continue to participate in the study

Age minimum: 55 years
Age maximum: 80 years

Intervention(s)
Intervention 1: Patients In the intervention groups1 : received hand massage for 5 minutes before surgery. Researchers trained by Friction and petrisage ,Kneading method performed all the massages. Intervention 2: Patients In the intervention group 2: received Foot massage for 5 minutes before surgery. Researchers trained by Friction and petrisage , Kneading method performed all the massages. Intervention 3: in control group did not receive any massage .

Primary Outcome(s)
Physiological indicators. Timepoint: Baseline, ten minute after the intervention. Method of measurement: blood pressur and puls.
Anxiety. Timepoint: Baseline, ten minute after the intervention. Method of measurement: visual analog scale (VAS 0-10).
