Inclusion criteria: subclinical symptoms of depressiveness, anxiety or exhaustion

F 33.4 WITHOUT current depressive episode

Exclusion criteria: every current mental disorder

Age minimum: 18 Years
Age maximum: 80 Years

Intervention(s)
Group 1: Seven-weeks humor training. The training consists of seven sessions once a week which last 90 minutes. In between the sessions participants have to do homework.
Primary Outcome(s)
Coping humor scale (CHS) - measures humor as a coping mechanism

Perceived Stress Scale (PSS) - measures perceived stress

State-Trait-Cheerfulness Inventory (STCI) - measures the amount of cheerfulness

Center for Epidemiological Studies Depression Scale Revised (CESD-R) - measures depressiveness

State-Trait-Anxiety-Inventory (STAI) - measures anxiety
