Inclusion criteria: adult patients (m/f) in psychiatry and psychotherapy, generally with a diagnosis in IDC-10-F, especially ICD-10-F43.1, F43.0 and F62.0
Exclusion criteria: Patients (m/f) with an acute psychosis cannot participate.

Intervention(s)
Group 1: Patients (m/f) with PTSD, other disorders in consequence of trauma and other psychiatric disorders are surveyed with a questionnaire combined of several validated scales:
Spiritual needs (SpNQ),
Life satisfaction (BMLSS),
Interpretation of illness/ trauma (IIQ),
Generative altruism,
ePLC-ERDA,
spirituality as a resource (SpREUK),
Conscious Presence and Self-Control-scale,
PTSD-checklist,
HADS,
PSS,
Self-Efficacy-test (according to R. Schwarzer/ M. Jerusalem).
Primary Outcome(s)
Survey of patients (m/f) in psychiatric treatment regarding the role of ReS in their life and dealing with illness, especially in cases of PTSD or other disorders in consequence of trauma.
Secondary Outcome(s)
Comparison of survey results of different patient groups and cultures.
