Inclusion criteria: 30 subjects not being involved in performance sports, between 18 und 35 years
Exclusion criteria: cardiopulmonary diseases, injuries of the musculosceletal system of the lower limb within six months prior to the study

Group 1: Manual lymphatic drainage after eccentric exercises (30min.)
Group 2: Local cryotherapy after eccentric exercises (30min.)
Group 3: rest after eccentric exercises (30min.)
Primary Outcome(s)
Maximal voluntary contractions (MVC), electrically induced muscle fatigue (FI), and electrically
induced tetani (EIT) at low (20 Hz) and high (100 Hz) frequencies were tested pre,
immediately post, 4 h, and 24 h post exercise
