Key inclusion & exclusion criteria
|
Inclusion criteria: patients undergoing radical colorectal resection under general anesthesia will be selected; ASA I-II; aged 40-80 years; ethical, voluntary and signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria: Severe spine deformity; puncture site infection; anticoagulant therapy; morbid obesity (BMI> 40kg/m2); local anesthetic drug allergy; severe heart and lung disease; liver and kidney dysfunction; patients with mental illness, speech and communication disorders

Ultrasound-guided erector spine block group (E):Before the induction of anesthesia, 30ml of 0.35% ropivacaine was injected into the erector spinae plane at L4 level on both sides under ultrasound guidance.;Ultrasound-guided paravertebral nerve block (P):Before the induction of anesthesia, 30ml of 0.35% ropivacaine was injected into the paravertebral space at L4 level on both sides under ultrasound guidance.;
