Key inclusion & exclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed as knee osteoarthritis;
2. VAS score during walking = 3;
3. Kellgren–Lawrence grade II – IV;
4. Failed physical therapy drug therapyintraarticular injection therapy;
5. Signed the written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria: 1. Coagulation disorder;
2. History of knee surgery;
3. Connective tissue diseases affecting the knee;
4. Received intraarticular injection treatment within the last three months;
5. Knee joint infection;
6. Mental disorder;
7. Impaired communication competence;
8. Cardiac pacemaker implanted;
9. Other reasons regarded unsuitable for enrollment.

Age maximum: 90

Intervention(s)
Group A:the patient receieved ultrasound guided knee joint genicular nerve radiofrequency ablation treatment at 60 degrees Celsius;Group B:the patient receieved ultrasound guided knee joint genicular nerve radiofrequency ablation treatment at 70 degrees Celsius;Group C:the patient receieved ultrasound guided knee joint genicular nerve radiofrequency ablation treatment at 70 degrees Celsius;
