Key inclusion & exclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Thoracic surgery at Lung Cancer Center in Yongning District of our hospital for pneumonectomy, 1-2 lobectomy, segmentectomy, and wedge resection;
2. Age 18-75 years old;
3. male or female;
4. Inpatients, ASA 1-3;
5. Signing informed consent.

Exclusion criteria: 1. Chronic chronic pain with opioid analgesia;
2. The intercostal nerve block was used in perioperative period, and the lateral thoracic nerve block analgesia;
3. Abnormal function of coagulation system;
4. Preoperative hypotension and systolic blood pressure were less than 100mmHg;
5. Spinal trauma or deformity of the spine;
6. CT or radionuclide imaging examination revealed a history of bone metastasis in lung cancer or self-reported vertebral pain;
7. Brain disease, abnormal judgment ability, can not correctly understand the pain quantification rating scale;
8. The epidural catheterization failed;
9. Allergic to local anesthesia.
