Key inclusion & exclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Choosing patients who are older than 60 years of age. Patients who were diagosed the type 2 DM and who are consious
the patients who are able to cope with the completion of a scale test

Exclusion criteria: Exclusive criteria: excluding consciousness disorder, delirium, excluding pseudo dementia (depression, etc.), as well as brief conscious confusion and mental decline (drugs, poisons, etc)
