Key inclusion & exclusion criteria
|
Inclusion criteria: For all patients, hemodialysis duration longer than 3 months, age older than 18 years old and estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) less than 2 ml/min/m2.
Exclusion criteria: a) severe left heart associated diseases, such as NYHF grade II-IV, left ventricular ejection fraction (LEVF) less than 50%, congenital heart disease, acute coronary syndrome, post-myocardial infarction, valvular heart disease) (greater than grade II valvular reflow or stenosis) and pericardial disease; b) primary idiopathic pulmonary hypertension; c) pulmonary or chronic ischemic diseases, such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, pneumonia, asthma, bronchiectasis and chronic interstitial lung disease; d) acute or chronic pulmonary thromboembolic disease.
