Key inclusion & exclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. the diagnosis of proximal femoral fracture, including intertrochanteric fracture and femoral neck fracture, accompanied by chronic renal failure;
2. 75 years of age or older;
3. Artificial femoral head replacement after admission.

Exclusion criteria: 1. accompanied by severe organic diseases in other organs;
2. cemented artificial femoral head replacement or other methods of surgery.
