Key inclusion & exclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA1-2, good general condition, Hct>0.35, Plt>100g/l with normal function,normal coagulation;
2. With no serious functional organs (heart, liver, lung and kidney) diseases;
3. With no infectious fever or bacteremia;
4. With no hematopoietic system diseases;
5. Voluntary or refuse to coordinate

Exclusion criteria: 1. Hct <0.35, Plt <50g / l or abnormal function;
2. Coagulopathy;
3. Abnormal platelet depletion disease (eg, splenomegaly);
4. Severe functional organs (heart, liver, lung and kidney) disease;
5. With infection and fever or bacteremia;
6. With hematopoietic system diseases;
7. Not voluntary or refuse to coordinate.
