Key inclusion & exclusion criteria
|
Inclusion criteria: 1. female patients;
2. age of patients: 18-70 years old;
3. unilateral breast cancer (including invasive ductal carcinoma and nvasive lobular carcinoma);
4. ER(-), PR(-), Her-2(-);
5. the last chemotherapy time: 1-2 year. Any prior chemotherapy regimens;
6. Patients with voluntary.
Exclusion criteria: 1. patients can not complete 2 cycle chemotherapy regularly;
2. Severe injury of liver and kidney function;
3. progressive disease during the period of chemotherapy;
4. one of the three protien (ER, PR, HER-2) express positive;
5. Patients choose to stop or loss to follow-up.
