Key inclusion & exclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All children aged 1 to 12 years with left to right shunt needed surgery correction were considered eligible.
Exclusion criteria: 1. history of previous lung diseases or severe heart failure or arrhythmia;
2. particpated other trails in the past one month;
3. couldt finish three ventilation modes before CPB.
