Key inclusion & exclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. patients older than 75 years;
2. ASA I-III grade;
3. The patients were to be operated in the department of orthopedics under the anesthesia of lumbar anesthesia or epidural anesthesia or nerve block;
4. operation time was more one hours;
5. Patients have fully understood the nature of the study, voluntarily participated in this trial and signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria: 1. There are now or once patients with central nervous system diseases;
2. once accepted department of neurosurgery surgery;
3. patients with active liver disease;
4. patients taking sedative drugs or antidepressants during the study period;
5. suffering form severe visual or hearing impairment or inability to understand mandarin;
6. the same neuropsychological scales have been exposed;
7. already had COPD before surgery;
8. poor compliance or fail to complete the test according to the research plan;
9. clinical trials of other drugs in the past 4 weeks;
10. for any reason,the researchers think there is any situation that is not suitable for the selected.
