Key inclusion & exclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who need renal replacement therapy, such as AKI, ESRD, acute drug or pesticide intoxication, etc.;
2. Haemodynamically stable;
3. Aged between 18 to 70 years old;
4. With written consent form patients.

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with citrate anticoagulant contraindications, such as Liver failure, irreversible hypotension, irreversible hypoxemia;
2. Organ transplant patients;
3. Pantients who can not cooperate because of mental illness or other reasons.

Age maximum: 70
