Key inclusion & exclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age greater than or equal to 65 years;
2. Always have lifestyle intervention and has been the use of premixed insulin 30 r more than 12 weeks, but a poor blood sugar control;
3. HbA1c:between 6.5% and 10.0%;
4. Good compliance.

Exclusion criteria: T1DM; Pregnancy or lactation plan the next six months pregnant women;anemia; Patients with cardiocerebrovascular events; Patients with ketosis;cancer; Stress/infection;Patients with anorexia nervosa and gastrointestinal short circuit operation; Severe heart liver kidney and gastrointestinal disorders; Research before the administration of drugs affect carbohydrate steady-state.
