Key inclusion & exclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Advanced adenocarcinoma of esophagogastric junction (Siewert II);
2) Surgical pointer;
3) Proximal subtotal gastrectomy and total gastrectomy resection treatment is feasible;
4) informed patient.

Exclusion criteria: 1) Adenocarcinoma of esophagogastric junction (Siewert I or III);
2) Only with total gastrectomy to achieve R0 resection.
