Key inclusion & exclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Informed consent voluntary;
2. Meet the diagnostic criteria for ischemic stroke confirmed by CT or MRI;
3. The score of Fugl-Meyer less than 66;
4. The grade of Modified Ashworth at most II;
5. Aged at least 18, less than 80 years;
6. The patient is conscious, vital signs are stable.

Exclusion criteria: 1. Inspection confirmed with cerebral hemorrhage, cerebral trauma, brain tumor, the cerebellum or brainstem other encephalopathy which also can cause motor dysfunction;
2. Due to illness really need other acupuncture treatment;
3. Exclude the bone disease joint damage which may cause limb deformities;
4. Due to severe cognitive dysfunction, patient who cant finish the treating assessment of the study, MMSE less than 17;
5. Severe visual perception leads to mirror treatment can not be performed;
6. With serious heart, liver, kidney, hematopoietic tem endocrine tem disease;
7. Pregnancy lactation Women;
8. Participating in other clinical trials which may affect the results of the study.
