Key inclusion & exclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All adults aged more than 20 years, who were assigned to the bronchoscopists participating in our study from September 1 2015 to June 30 2016, were informed about the study.
Exclusion criteria: Patients were excluded if: (1) they had rejected the project; (2) they had prior tracheotomy creation; (3) they had received intravascular narcotics or (4) they could not express themselves properly (for example, patients with dementia).
