Key inclusion & exclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. combined spinal-epidural anesthesia for caesarean section;
2. Age: 18-35;
3. ASA: I-II;
4. Full-term pregnant women with singleton fetus;
5. Having signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined respiratory system diseases,such as bronchial asthma;
2. Combined circulative diseases or complications, such as gestational hypertension;
3. Combined endocrine diseases,such as hyperthyroidism;
4. Central nervous system diseases;
5. Disturbances of blood coagulation;
6. Systematic infection;
7. Other contraindications to spinal canal anesthesia.
