Key inclusion & exclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients have the tooth diagnosed as diffuse pulp infection (with or without apical periodontitis);
2. The tested teeth are immature permanent teeth(in Nolla 7-9 stage) with single root.

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients have systemic diseases/pharmacohistory;
2. Patients's periodental score=2;
3. Patients have tooth with inside/outside absorption;
4. Patients have other occasions which caused the tooth unable to be kept;
5. Patients have poor compliance.
