Key inclusion & exclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. post-herpetic neuralgia patients line in with diagnostic criteria: Pain duration more than three months after herpes zoster cure, the distribution of nerve involvement with severe spontaneous pain or pain-like attacks etc., accompanied by pain or abnormal sensitivity to pain;
2. oral drug treatment was ineffective or can not tolerate adverse reactions, age greater than 18 years;
3. 24 hours of average pain score greater than 4 points.

Exclusion criteria: 1. does not meet the PHN diagnosis criteria, and with severe heart, liver and kidney dysfunction;
2. infection, history of malignancy;
3. mental illness or disturbance of consciousness can not cope with treatment, articulate expression is not clear;
4. suffering from respiratory diseases, respiratory insufficiency.
