Key inclusion & exclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA Grade I-II;
2. Aged 25-60 years;
3. Body fat percentage: Male 10%-18%; Female 17%-25%;
4. BMI 18.5-24.9, Weight 50kg-70kg.

Exclusion criteria: (1) Having pulmonary disease history such as asthma, chronic bronchitis;
(2) Having thoracic or pulmonary history;
(3) Smokers abstaining for less than four weeks before surgery;
(4) Patients with non- regular treatment of hypertensive or poor control hypertensive.

Age maximum: 60

Intervention(s)
common tracheal tube:supply oxygen by T-tube with the other end connecting to anesthesia machine and oxygen flow closed;tracheal gas insufflation:anesthesia machine’s oxygen flow closed, and oxygen being supplied by a slim hollow tube set in the tracheal tube via an extension tube, connecting to oxygen humidification bottle;oxygen supply tracheal?tube:anesthesia machine’s oxygen flow closed, and oxygen being supplied by oxygen supply tracheal?tube connecting tooxygen humidification bottle;
