Inclusion criteria: ASAI or II grade, aged 18 - 70 years old, patients undergoing elective surgery under general anesthesia
Exclusion criteria: Respiratory disease patients, patients with laryngeal or tracheal surgery, patients with intracranial hypertension, as well as surgery time <1h

1:Endotracheal tube cuff injection air;2:The tracheal tube cuff in double distilled water injection;3:Injection of 2% lidocaine hydrochloride into endotracheal tube cuff;4:Injection of 1.73% lidocaine carbonate into endotracheal tube cuff;
