Key inclusion & exclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Adult patient,age<=70 years, course of the disease is shorter than two weeks, diagnosed of acute Stanford A aortic dissection by clinical symptoms and imagining and be ready for emergency surgery.
Exclusion criteria: patient who had cardiopulmonary diseases, nervous system diseases,hematological system diseases,Liver or kidney dysfunction, infections and thrombotic diseases, etc.Patient who does not sign the informed consent.
