Key inclusion & exclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. active heroin user prior to MMT admission;
2. at least 18 years old;
3. currently using MMT;
4, providing written informed consent to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who intend to leave Guangzhou in the coming six months;
2. illiterate or cannot read and write (<3% of all potential participants).
